My presets work on iOS and Android, you just need to install the free Lightroom App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
If you have the Lightroom CC Desktop Program and a Creative Cloud Subscription, you can simply copy the preset files to your preset folder on your desktop computer and they will automatically sync to your mobile! (30 second install)
